Reviews are TER's major driving force and the Juicy Details are behind a paywall. Unless the free discussion drives more paid memberships TER has no reason to add it. If open discussion gives away more info and decreases paid memberships ("Don't bother with Juicy Details on this one. She's all upsell."), TER won't add it.
Each Profile Discussion becomes a mini-board (micro-board? nano-board?) and there are already too many underused boards. A provocative comment will go unnoticed for 2 years and then get a reply. 2 years later, another rebuttal? If there is something timely to be said or asked about a Provider and her Profile, it usually comes up on the local board. ("Anybody seen Name lately?") I think this is a no-go.

Allow members to openly post under the Profile and ask open questions and comments. Not reviews of the juicy details, but commenting on the profile... Negative or positive things and allow the provider to answer...

I can see a lot of potential for abuse and bullying, to say nothing of shilling. The upside is rather oblique. For example, what kinds of comments do you anticipate on the profile, people contradicting it? That could get quite dicey. You can, of course, PM the reviewers and ask about specifics like her real age, weight, etc. That should suffice.
I'm afraid that in this class, it's better to have our desks pushed as far apart as possible
