therefore you can not write a review for a ncns. As OSP stated, the rules should allow it, (but they currently do not) and you should post the info on your regional board.

TER dont allow posting reviews for noshows. Just tell us on the fuckboards who it was who stood ya up. if the girl really gives a fuck about her biz she'll come out and explain why she fucked wit ya in the first place.
