How about
Change To US photo board Dividing by State  and city  
so ladies have opportunity to post pic   And location  
and weekly introduce themselves  

Anyway  bare on me

If you already have not done so already.  
Can get TER access via a VPN or VPN via TOR.

Activity (postings) on the Photo Only Board are down quite a bit, but you can post a pic there every day. Subject line must have location info (see examples: "LA" "LA, LV, NY, Worldwide"). You can't add any text or links but your "View My Profile" will work because you are based outside the USA.

In better times, people have suggested other features such as a TER Calendar (post by name, location, and date).
