When you do a search for a provider in a given area and ask for the records to be sorted by rank, it is not quite complete. Here is why...If Provider A gets a single review and it averages to a 9....then She is placed ABOVE Provider B who may have a dozen reviews with a slightly lower ranking I think that a column should be added on the results page listing the number of reviews in system. This seems to be a simpler solution that writing a more complicated rating/averaging routine.Doing this will give us, the viewer, a more complete picture. I for one, am far more interested in a 9 Average Ranking provider with 10 reviews than a perfect 10 average with 1 review.For what its worth....Love the site btw.Be SafeLooky Looky
We have added a search field on the VIP search that allows you to search by how many reviews a provider has.
