I know there is a "girl-girl" and a "more than one guy" option, but it seems to me (from my personal experience as well as reading a bunch of discussion boards) that couples looking for providers is *very* common. Furthermore, many providers don't see couples, so it would save a bunch of time and effort if that was a binary search field.
