Autopopulate has been requested many, many times over many, many years. The consensus opinion is that TER thinks that autopopulation of the fields would facilitate fake reviews, but I've never heard that officially. (TER! Can you comment?)
The flip side is that manual completion of the review form probably deters some guys from submitting reliable reviews.
However, I do encourage reviewers to fill out the form according to their own experience, from appearance to performance. E.g., even if "hair color - brown" or "touch pussy - inside" doesn't immediately change the Profile "blonde" and "outside" entries, it creates a hidden record for TER to check as Problem Reports come in. If you check your own old reviews from your "My TER > My Reviews" page, you get to see your actual form entries, not the current Profile entries. So that's proof that TER does keep that info, although hidden, until it's needed to justify a Profile change. (TER! Can you comment on that?)

When review a review of a provider one has seen and considering reviewing the current review has a link/button to Submit a Review of the Provider.
Since I'm trying to review the provider that is described in the review I'm readying, when I hit that button and the Review entry page comes up, why isn't a lot of the form already populated -- like Name, ad site, email (and perhaps even service as that's controlled by the first review anyhow so any changes I make seem to have no impact).
That would certainly make creating the review a bit easier as one can focus almost entirely on the text rather than required fields that were present in the other review.
I get that perhaps a review of a touring provider when the follow up reviewer is in a different city might have some different values. If that's a concern perhaps a pop-up or just a check box indicating you want to populate the form with the existing values -- other than the text
What many reviewers do (or used to do) is open up the Profile in one tab or window and open up the Review Form in another tab or window and then just cut and paste as much as you can.
PITA, but it works for many.
EDIT: Just to pipe in again with the suggestion to change the Review Form (and database) to accommodate "Check all that apply" instead of the one-or-none choices. E.g., for most guys, I think that "Cum in Mouth" swallow trumps spits trumps no trumps facial trumps don't know but many providers will do swallow, facial, COB, etc.
CIM (check all that apply):
( ) don't know
( ) no
( ) spits
( ) swallows
( ) facial (COF)
( ) body (COB)
( ) spitballs / cum swaps
See my other S&P posts about other suggestions to improve the Review Form, Database and Profile presentation.

This is the way it has always been and in the past, TER had given a few reasons for it. Mainly that they thought it kept down the number of fake reviews. Another reason is probably since they give 15 free VIP days for each review, they do want you to work a little for those days. Since this has been asked for 100s of times I would normally tell you Don't hold your breath. Lol.
However, as NYE has said, change is coming and this is one of the big changes. So now instead of telling you not to hold your breath, I have to tell you don't try to take credit for this change because of your post here! Lol.
