Hey John, I thought that I was the only one that was addicted to TER and checked the reviews 2 or 3 times a day. Glad to know that someone else needs to get a life! The minute that my business slows down, I hit TER to check out what's happening.
I am not sure how the records sort now, but it would be great if the new provider reviews sorted by date and time approved descending from newest to oldest.
Currently, if you approve several batches during the day, and I had already read them half way through the day, it is easy to miss some because they might be on the second page and from looking at the first page, it looks like there aren't any new ones.
This way, newer reviews approved during the day would always be first on the list and you could easily tell the new ones.
