Not to mention stupid, if Wu thinks being a half-assed site like TER is now protects it from everything.  TER would serve itself better if it got legal advice from mrfisher.
Wu would do better if he wrote, well, virtually ANYTHING else.

Just like libs like Jake are very free with other peoples money, it appears he is equally cavalier with other peoples very freedom.  I don't suppose that Jake would like to volunteer to be the very first "test case" for SESTA/FOSTA. An old fuck like him probably doesn't have five years left anyhow. lmao
