In my experience, the quantity of Miami/SOBE providers is high and many non-miami providers also advertise on the Florida board. Why not have a separate ad message board for Miami/SOBE? The non Miami providers are tough to outcall to Miami anyways. Might make it easier to search since there are multiple thriving scenes in the state. If this doesn't happen, at the very least, providers should list the areas they service in the listing title. Why make everyone scroll through to find out that a provider is not available in your preferred area???

Many of the Miami ladies work travel as far as WPB, the Keys and to Naples.  Ladies from WPB see clients in Miami.  The only logical split would be a South Florida board and it was done before, but deemed a bad choice.

...I can see why we have one DC/VA Discussion Board, but DC and VA Ad Boards, should be separate.  I also think each state should have it's own AD Board.  

splitting Florida, in spite of the size of the state was tried and was a classic failure.  End result, it was re-combined.  Many ladies in the state travel around the whole peninsula, so separate regions was not really needed.
