I think there should be 3 separate ad boards  

Out State New York

New York City-5 boroughs  

Long Island  

Because of the amount of providers in New York this would be a great way to narrow it down for clients a bit when they are searching

Perhaps if more ads get posted and push ads off the page too quickly, I'd agree.  My guess is that's what you're concerned about and I get that.  But for me the NY ad page is fine.

So many new ads there today that yesterday's posts are all the way at the bottom of the page and some have been pushed to page 2, a/k/a The Twilight Zone.  Perhaps TER needs to listen to Ms. Benson.
