I might have missed it, but it would be nice if you could search by email. I noticed a review from a provider I KNOW i have seen on here before (with bad reviews). Searching by her phone number didnt link to anything but I recognized her email addr. It is the same as she used to use.

If there wa a way to search by email the profiles could be easily combined. Not all providers have email, but I think that while they might change their phone numbers more often, their email is less likely to change, if they use one. Just an idea.
