1. TER is not going to start contacting providers or hobbyists to verify anything.

2.  Even if TER DID attempt verification there is no way to prove that it's real.  Both hobbyists and providers could be in cahoots to defraud TER.

What exactly is the point anyway?

TER,

Requesting a vouch type of system where if a hobbyist sees the same provider in mulitple visits that if he states that he has seen the proivder at a such and such day and time.

If the provider verifies this session happened, the hobbyist will be rewarded with 2 days added to his VIP membership and the provider will be rewarded the same thing on her side.

TER can limit this vouching method to once or twice a month for the same hobbyist vouching the same provider. This will prevent a "run-up" of vouching by the hobbiysts.

If the hobbyist vouches a different provider who he has seen multiple times, then he would be rewarded the 2 days VIP along with that different provider.

Sorry, but hobbyists already get VIP credits for reviews. That's enough.

Tag a day and time? I don't think so. Should you and a provider be rewarded for multiple visits? Aren't you both already? Why should TER reward you?

There is enough abuse on TER with credits being thrown out and adding to it makes no sense.
