That is the official policy, and can easily be found under "discussion board policies" which is easily found at the top of the page, next to the self help center, under the life preserver.

I don't think TER will be flipping any of your many detractor's aliases any time soon. You reap what you sow.

You kinda gotta be extraordinary out of bounds to get banned from hooker board or to get your alias flipped.

Well , I have seen numerous "out of bounds" by aliases, it's  guidelines are well stated and as per those guidelines they deserve to be flipped!
Additionally , I have seen numerous "back-channel pm's with my personal info!! Now thats grounds for BANISHMENT!!
Now I don't know you and I never attack or say anything negative of a provider(this is your livelihood) and this is one of my hobbies only.But your in NEW YORK I believe and you have "jumped" my threads on the ATL. board a few times. Just sayin.....

As I said, it takes about same kind of behavior to have one's alias flipped as it takes for someone to be banned.

Last time when someone had their alias flipped was a while ago.  It was east coast person who got banned for negotiating free sessions in exchange for reviews.  He later got banned from couple other boards for same thing.

Not sure why you would take my answer as an attack.  Had nothing to do with you .

As for people backchanneling your personal info, usually it is done when person is put on numerous private DNS lists.  Lets say I have a problem with some client and I have two options.  I can put him on NBL (something i prefer not to) or I can post on girls only board and say "problem client in such and such city, PM me for info".
