Rhode Island is one of only 2 states where erotic services are 100% legal. why does it not have its own category instead of being lumped in with the rest of new england, including maine and new hampshire? we have more providers here then you will see in most other states, it only makes sense to have its own category like NYC or other state capitols.

Actually, providing is not legal in RI, certainly not 100%.  If it happens indoors between consenting adults, it's not specifically mentioned in existing statute... and there is yet another bill to change that.  They've got the ministers preaching to close this "loophole"...  it appears likely to pass this year.
