and why? I'm referring to the review that was there yesterday and today, when you do a search on the provider, they no longer exist.

We respect the privacy of providers who do not want to be review of TER.  If the provider requests all their reviews removed from the board, we do.  They cannot ask for just one removed unless it can be proven to be fake by staff.
