I was wondering what the criteria are for the little NEW icon next to a provider's name or next to a review.  I know, it is pretty self-explanatory.  It's for new reviews and providers.  

But seriously, is it for a review posted during the last xx number of days?  If so, how many?  Is it used to show reviews since the last time I logged on?
