I've noticed that on many provider profiles, escort malls are using the "problem report" feature to change a providers own website link, to a link to their mall where she has an ad.

What is the policy regarding this link? If she has both her own website, and a mall ad, which link should be givien preference, and who decides?  For that matter, what if she has several "mall" sites, but not a personal site?  Which mall gets featured?  Clearly, having the real estate on the profile page is incredible free advertising for the mall, and brings large amounts of traffic.

It seems to me that if a provider has her own website, this should be the default and unchangeable, as long as her site is up.  Her site most likely contains the most detailed information about her.  I could envision malls wasting TER bandwidth and labor by sending in problem reports to try to get more traffic, and even sending in competing problem reports in instances where she has ads on more than 1 mall.  I'm sure this is not a large issue at present, but any thoughts?
