We need a spot for "provider comments" on reviews

I am a massage girl and new to TER and have gotten several nice reviews which have brought me new clients.

However, there is a recent review which has false information posted: specifically that I do activities that I do not offer.
I don't want the review deleted, it is a good review with high marks.

I did see this person, I remember him. Why would he feel the need to invent activities that never took place? I fear this will mislead any future clients that may come my way.

We really need a way to comment on reviews, at least one line would be nice, that would be enough to clear up errors such as these.

Please email [email protected] with your provider name, phone number, the reviewers name, and exactly why you believe this review is false.  We will investigate and resolve the issue.

I will do that, thanks.

Please think about the option for the provider to comment, please. Just one line would do in most cases. That's the way they handle feedback on ebay and it basically the same setup (buyer/seller)!

Also, it would be nice if providers were allowed to see their own juicy details for this very reason. I just happened to be at a friend's house who has a VIP membership, otherwise I never would have known this problem existed.

Any possibility of a provider feedback option or free VIP access for providers? Or has this already been discussed and vetoed?

Both have been discussed before.  Both turned down.  Sorry.  You can email me for more details.
