I've read posts from ladies kvetching about guys who read reviews but don't post them - here's one reason why.

You are required to fill in too many fields about smoking, breast implants, two on one, cup size, hair color, height, etc., etc.  For providers who already have at least one review, that info is up already and having to repeat it all for your review to be successfully submitted is too time consuming to bother.  It takes 15-30 minutes just to enter that gunk and most of us just copy it from the existing review anyway (I can't accurately estimate a women's chest size in inches).

There should be a TER provider # field to start and if you use it, all the existing info defaults in and the reviewer can change any fields they want.  The only absolutely req'd fields should be the two # scores and the narratives.  TER gods, are you listening?
