To alleviate the pain of having to have 2 windows open when submitting a review of a reviewed provider. It should be feasible to use the Providers TER ID for the information section.
True there would be some recoding needed by TER to make this work. I would think though that this would result in less duplicate provider's profiles, and fewer rejected reviews. Resulting in less wasted time by TER staff.

it ain't gonna happen.  This topic has been beaten to death here.  Most of us agree with you but we don't make the rules, and the rules ain't gonna change.  So we just deal with it.

It is a pain, but what you gonna do?????  Just deal with it....
