Searched this subject and found a good "by city" suggestion.  Methinks that while your programming guru's are tackling this perhaps a "create a folder" option, much like in your email module, might satisfy everyone's wishes to improve this area.  A VIP member could create folders by city, provider type, talents, physical attributes and special talents etc. etc.  Just a thought guys....but it seems you've got the technology in place for email, perhaps it can be made to work in favorties!
