I think that a very small change to the review should be added.  When we review a provider we are asked how long we spent with her, and how much we paid.  When we look at other peoples reviews this info is only available as an abstract.  I think this info should be available per a specific review.  We have all seen profiles where there ratings range from 4 to 9s.  it would be nice to see are these ratings based on how long a person spends with the provider.  Again we have all been with some one where there is no benefit to staying more than half an hour, and others where less than an hour is a waist.
