Is is possible to see the full review the person submitted
rather than show only the first reviewers info?
Or at a minimum, how about an option to do the search
based on the last review submitted?

Many times with providers YMMV.  Sometimes guys get better pricing and services than others (we get to see that a lot).  They offer services to these guys that are not available to the public.  By having the one profile, we can control the info that goes out to the public about the publicly available services.
