It would be nice to be able to search providers in other cities besides just the major ones in the pull down menu. For example, there is no way to search providers in Oklahoma City or Grand Rapids unless you go to "other". But then you have to go through a ton of girls in other cities!

Currently that would be a little difficult because the reviews are not entered that way they do not have a specific city (ie Grand Rapids) attached to them so we are not able to search for it.
