I've seen this before & saw it again today....How can you post a new review which says report new website on the same day the review is posted?  Seems strange when a web presence is a requirement.  What am I missing here?

Sometime it is because someone reports that the website is down right after we update the reviews (many websites pull ads daily)  

or

It could be that we are just human an occasionally make mistakes.
