Do providers get access to their own reviews, Juicy Details and all?  I saw a post on another board, where a provider was upset about a review here, and the reviewer agreeing to change it. It seems to me that would potentially effect the integrity of the reviews. Also, reviewers may be reluctant to be totally honest if they knew the providers would be seeing there reviews.  Lastly, a reviewer could purposely write a glowing review for personal gain, in exchange for a discount or other consideration.

What is the policy in regards to providers accessing reviews?

Providers are members of the public and can have the exact same access to any reviews.  Out of over 80,000 reviews submitted, less than 10 requests have come in to "change" them.  It is not a huge problem.
