A number of times I come across the same provider who is listed under two or more profiles.  Sometimes it's due to a name change, but other times the name is the same!  Is it possible to ask that these different profiles be combined?  If so how?  Should we use the "report a problem" button, or something else?

Yes, please "report a problem"  With 300 to 400 reviews a day comming in, sometime we create extra profiles.  We need your help to make sure that does not happen.  Thanks!
