I often come across providers in the database that are labeled "Other" for the city they service. It would be very helpful to add an alpha/numeric field that allows the reviewer to input specifically what that "other" city is.
It would be nice if we had the ability to sort by that field in a search, but I'd be happy just to have that field to begin with.

It can be quite time consuming to look up the area code of the provider to find out where she is based. This would be very helpful for travelling gents since we don't always know all the area codes of the cities we are visiting.
And some of the provider websites aren't to forthcoming with the exact city either.
