Far from me to suggest that staff does not take some time off. Saturday is always a day I like to get on and check out new reviews and maybe set something up for the weekend (I'm a weekend player). Maybe alternate Sat or Sun off?? Just a thought.
We work 7 days a week, but we are on minimum crew on Saturdays, the usually handle email and problem reports. Hopefully soon we will be able to level that out.
