Has a reliability factor ever been considered on TER or any other board.  Seems like this is becoming a more prominent issue and one to be considered.  It wouldn't affect performance/looks but would give the hobbyist a general idea as to what their potential delay/wait time might be.  I've seen providers who are very reliable but suck otherwise so it isn't a game killer.  I've also seen providers who the wait can stretch into several hours(not 1 or maybe 2 but 5-6, no names mentioned).  It wouldn't even have to factor into the overall rating but hell, what guy who maybe is coming here wants to sit in the casino or room or bar or w/e for hours on end.  I can think of 1 or 2 providers whom I would give 9+ for looks/performance but would give maybe a 2 or 3 for reliability.  Again, if I was hiring a customer would I hire a a contractor who was consistently late for not just an hour or two but several?  Flame on

if a lady is late, you should mention it in the review. Read a few reviews, if she's constantly late, well I don't need a "reliablility factor"
BTW, if you're waiting 5 or 6 hours, you're crazy. I have a 30 minute rule, seems to work for me.

why would you even bother to make an appt?  I wouldn't.  As previously mentioned, that's part of the reason for reviews, to let us know about the provider.  I have to agree with you, it would be nice to have a reliability rating of some sort on providers' profiles.  I know if I saw a low reliability rating, I damn sure would not waste my time contacting her.  I don't care what her performance rating is.  I'm not going to drive, for me, at least half an hour and more, to see someone who is unreliable.  

I did have one provider that a friend recommended totally stand me up and not even answer my calls when I arrived near her incall to get precise location.  I had to drive about an hour to get to her incall location.  She gave some lame excuse and offered to 'make it up to me', if I still wanted to see her.  Guess what?  No visit.  She still posts on bp in my area.  My friend reviewed her, because he had a good time with her.
