Once a provider becomes inactive, whether it be by TER rule violations or her own choice, general and juicy details do remain in the review list's of hobbyist's who have seen her.

Today I was peaking with a well know and highly respected provider who no longer has a TER profile.  I was able to root out a partial review or two but it was time consuming.

My question: is there or can there be a search method or option by which what remains, general and juicy details, can be searched out.

I think you are missing the point of delisting the provider.  If we allowed searching for it, why bother to delist?
