Our current search searches the profile page, not the actual reviews. The text search would search the reviews. This would be a BIG load on the servers. Example, currently your search cross-references over 10000 providers * up to 5 prices. To do a search for the word "whips" and anal=yes on the same search because the search would cross-reference over 10000 providers * over 60000 reviews * up to 5 prices.
Would it work if you set up a concordance index on some periodic basis? Then the work is done once during any slow periods (if you have any), not once per request.
This would be without any Booleans, but even a single keyword search would be invaluable.
