It used to be that CCBill accepted gift cards (i.e. gift credit cards).  Recently that quit working (I was trying to use the same type of card I've used successfully in the past).  I called CCBill and they said that it was being rejected by the credit card company.  I called the credit card company and they said to make sure the biller knew it was a gift card.  The problem seems to be that gift cards don't have a name and CCBill requires a matching name.  What's really interesting is that I noticed that the CCBill TER uses is different.  The U.S. CCBill sites accept gift cards.  It appears to be some change related to "CCBill EU".  Is there any way for you to ask CCBill what changed and if they can fix it?  From what I've read gift cards were a common thing among your paying subscribers.  Thanks!
