Just in the past few days I've noticed I can't refresh any page I'm on.  I have to go back or forward or to another page, then click back to the page I wanted to refresh.  I can no  longer just click the refresh button on my browser anymore, just clocks forever.

Thought it was just my browser or adware. Ran several scans, found nothing, but still can't refresh.
