TER should take the initiative and monitor least recently reviewed  provider URL's, phone #'s and email addresses.  If a provider hasn't been reviewed in, say a year or two, I'd like TER to have found this out and put it on the bad web site, etc., list rather than my having to depend on other hobbyists to report what they found.  This could be limited to, say,  the oldest 10 percent of reviews and not just based on negative response to an 'are you still there' probe like you do with subscribers.

And for what upside really?
