You have a Carolina region for reviews and advertising. I want one for discussion boards!!! Why would you leave Carolina off here, but not everywhere else?? Please fix ASAP!!!

I just hate to see empty discussion boards.  I usually wait till I see many requests for a certain region before creating one.  If you want to see a particular board up, get your friends together and all request it.
