On the message board?  That would be pretty hard considering the way that the message board links up messages.  Example.  If the poster that you are ignoring is in the middle of the thread, it may cut the thread in half.  Sorry.

Hi Staff, Just wondering what it would take to put an ignore feature in. There are probably posters that we would all like to just pretend are non-existent. Being about to put them on ignore or block them could save some people stress related diseases :)
