Considering the Chinese hack of the Feds and the NSA data collection system I wonder what degree of security TER maintains.  I understand that the server is overseas and thus not legally useable by the government but what is the security of our PMs here.  
   I would welcome a reply from Admin or any members who are familiar with this issue.

... that you don't provide a lot of public details on what you do to provide security. The less hackers know, the better.
