Has TER management given any consideration to allowing the use of pre-paid gift cards (i.e. the type card such as a "VISA" prepaid card that can be anonymously purchased in most stores?).  I posted a question about this but there was never a reply?

We do not have the ability to process any Credit cards here.  CCBill is our Credit Card processor.  I know they are very particular on accepting normal VISA/MC because of the amount of Internet fraud. For some reason CCBill has elected not to support that kind of card, I guess cards without even a name would be more risky.

So does that mean the only option for a no/minimal paper trail membership (other than submitting reviews)is the INTERNATIONAL money order?
