I'm not sure that "delisting" is the right words to use.  Delisting under certain circumstances can prevent your return.
I'd explain you are closing your previous business & starting a new one with different services.

How do i make the change and what is the policy?

contact admin to request to be delisted. pretty simple....you can always start up under a new name in the future.....
