Suggestion and Policy
I think people think if they are not exactly in Lexington then there is no point posting or reading but KY is a big state.
It is confusing as it is right now. You're right though it couldn't hurt! 
I live in Lexington and I was very happy to see a Lexington board come up however KY is uniquie in shape and borders 7 different states with lots in the middle! The KY economy is doing great and has businesses that bring gentleman/hobbyist into the area. It would be great if TER would create a state board and not just Lexington. Louisville is much bigger than Lex and brings hobbyist in from IN as well. We could then advertise Northern KY, Lexington, Frankfort, Ashland (I get requests to travel there all of the time), Bowling Green, Louisville, Owensboro, Paducah, and Hopkinsville. Currently there is no 1 review site that is strong in our state. Being a KY resident I would love to be able to work in my home state and if TER created a state board I know that I would definitely help promote and encourage gentleman to come to TER when looking for providers in KY.
Also It would be great if Lexington was a city that could be listed on profiles as base city.
