Suggestion for TER...
One thing that I think would be helpful is if there were at least some sort of reference or way to find out that a particular provider or hobbyist has been banned. With some we know it based on discussions on the boards, etc., but there have been other times when I have had no clue that someone has been banned or "delisted" and there is no way to find out.
For example, I recently asked a question about a provider on the DC Board, since I travel there regularly. I won't use her name since she has apparently been banned, but how would I know that? The post gets pulled or edited. If its edited at least you're given a clue, but if its simply pulled you're left with nothing.
Since TER is supposed to be a sort of information clearinghouse, it would seem there should be someway to find out at a minimum if a provider is banned and why, as it might play heavily into a hobbyists decision making process as to whether or not to see them.
