I have heard of ladies being de-listed for things that they have done off of TER, and instead on their Twitter page or website. Such as saying "No reviews" or "please review me". Where can we find a list of infractions that may get us de-listed so that we can avoid doing these things before there is a big problem loosing this very valuable resource.  
And can we assume that if we offend TER and there is no standing rule then we can be allowed to correct the offense before being de-listed

twice I have been "told off", once by one of the now-long-gone discussion board moderators and once by management.  Both times I asked for a link to the TER rule I allegedly violated; no response, because, I am confident, it was not in writing anywhere on the site.

Yes, but those all pertain to our conduct on the board. I am talking about ladies who are getting de-listed for things that they do off site.  
I am fine with there being a standard of conduct both on site and in our personal life. I just think that if there is a standard of conduct when you are not on TER then we should know what it is before we get de-listed. At the very least we should be given the opportunity to correct the broken unwritten rule before getting de-listed. If there are things that are prohibited in our Twitter feed or on our websites then we should know what they are so we can choose to follow the rules

This was rule number one under the de-listing info (from the self help guide) for many years. "In any form" means if they mention it on the boards, in an ad somewhere, on their personal site, on Twitter, or whatever. This policy makes perfect sense, because I don't get why a provider who doesn't want reviews, would want to be on a review site anyway, and why should TER give them the free advertising and resources if they are against what TER stands for.

Of course besides a no review policy, manipulating reviews is a delisting offense. This includes asking for specific scores, offering discounts for good reviews etc. Why should it matter whether they do this on TER, Twitter, their personal websites, or elsewhere. It is clearly violating the rules no matter where they talk about it. Another area where providers have gotten in trouble is for posting their reviews elsewhere (including their own websites) without permission from TER. You may think they are "your" reviews, but they are TER's copywrited property. While TER does have some unwritten rules they sometimes enforce, most of these are in writing on the site.  

As to getting re-listed, usually providers can come back once they change their policy, remove the offending wording from their site (or wherever it was) and ask TER for reinstatement.

I have the link below to the info on de-listing. The phrase in my subject line above is no longer part of that info. It was there a few months ago and has been there for years. I know they still enforce that rule, so not sure why the wording is removed. My guess is that in their last edit of that info, they inadvertently left it out. It should be there right at the top like it was before.

My example was intended to be just that, and suggest you browse further around the site, at places such as "Terms of Use."  If you go there you'll see what I mean.

I agree wholeheartedly that you SHOULD be de-listed if you have a no-review policy but I just can not find that rule anywhere. I do see where review fraud is listed as a de-listing offence but I do not see where asking for a good score is listed. Because just because someone asks for a good score the reviewer can still use any score they choose.  

I would love to get a new review. I haven't had one since October. It is tempting to offer a discount just to get a review and I have seen ads that offer discounts to reviewers. But by doing so I might be breaking a rule and get de-listed.

Another small percentage have been banned for improper behavior, flagrant posting violations on the discussion boards, and/or poor behavior in TER chat. However, most providers are banned for review or user account fraud (or both). A provider can and will be banned and delisted for fraud, posting self-reviews, or other rules violations.

So just wondering where I can find the other rules that pertain to things you do off site. Wouldn't it be easier if all providers were given the list of off site conduct rules that they had to agree with before getting provider status? That way we could make sure we didn't violate any rules before getting de-listed?  I know that some thing seem to be common sense but I also know friends that didn't know the rules and then got themselves de-listed.

I spent hours just this past week checking all the rules, etc.  They are in most cases very general
and nothing specific.

As an example I found this " Please do not include your TER rating or TER position within Top 100".  This
was under the section of ads.  Nothing states anywhere that we can't mention it on websites or  
our email or anywhere else for that matter.  Therefore, in my opinion, it is only specifically
for ads put on this board.

It is very very true that if things were specific for each situation then it would be much easier for  
us all to follow.  Alot of times we don't know what those guidelines are and then find out the hard way.

I have seen it too but with a disclaimer, "...for a fair and non-biased review". May wanna get TER's approval before posting your ad with such special. Best of luck!

I know plenty of ladies who have requested to be delisted due to a "no review policy," and were subsequently denied. Most of them were told that they first had to remove their entire internet presence before they could qualify for delisting (which is nearly impossible to do given the number of ad scraping sites out there).

I know at least two providers who did not remove their entire Internet presence, eg web site or ads, but were able to request and obtain delisting.

As with many of TER's rules, that one is enforced arbitrarily.

They are gone.  
Just telling TER they want to be delisted because they don't want reviews is not the same as a "no review policy."
