if we cant take our complaints to an actual court, why not create one ?

we certainly have enough attorneys and ahem "judges" around here. LOL

anonymous will avoid the backlash.

the person with an issue would post a thread subject line would be their handle vs. handle of person they have an issue with.

ter sends email to the defendant to notify them that a thread has been started

both sides present their sides of the story, if the defendant doesnt show up to tell their side, 2 weeks should be plenty of time,  thats their problem  and it goes to the vote.  an anonymous poll.

this will also show a record of the people who tend to have alot of issues.

keep the provider name anonymous unless she's convicted. . give her a chance to tell her side of the story... ter tells their side.

members vote.

might cut down on lawsuit threats from banned providers if they cant convince the ter members of their innocence, obviously they arent going to convince anyone else.

plus the stories they come up with are pure comedy, especially when they use 'read my reviews" as their defense. LOL. if they're fake, they dont prove much but it's hysterical that they still think they do.

And I wonder who would be the number one poster on such a board?
We have regional boards to post about NCNS's a PO and reviewers only boards and a review system to post our reviews.
What is left? Petty drama, and cat fights.
Some cans of worms are best not to be opened in public.

Sounds hilarious but it might cause more drama than it's worth. This biz has a tendency to attract some "flamboyant" personalities at the best of times.
