See my posting below of just a week ago.  Here we go again....I am surprised again to see a "9" performance rating given and accepted for a provider (LA/Taylor/Oct2000 - I have nothing against her personally) when nothing out of the ordinary was done. The policies published on this site are:The 8 and 9 ratings are saved for visits where "out of the ordinary" services (ie "Blow Job - without condom", "Kissing with Tongue", "Enjoys Bi", "More than one guy") are provided. Each out of the ordinary service can count up to one point. The 10 rating is saved for an experience that is a one in a million. Ratings above seven are saved for providers that provide services that are not normally provided, i.e. Anal, BBBJ, etc.--modified by mojo at Tue, Nov 14, 2000, 21:35:50

Thanks for the heads up, but she kisses with tongue (+1), Will got with another girl (+1), and performed a BBBJ (+1) on the review that has a 10.

Staff, thanks for the reply.  But that was a different review than I mentioned. Is your policy to accept higher numbers if another review has them?  By the way, the "10" review you referred to says BBBJ but the provider summary says "Yes with condom".  The summary also says "No" for lick pussy while some reviewers said yes.  I wonder what percentage of reviews are required to reflect a change in the summary?  Do you update the summary on the first report (eg BBBJ)?  Do you consider others who say she said no?  Do you look for consensus?  I think in this case more than one said BBBJ and lick pussy, but some said no.  Tough job!--modified by mojo at Wed, Nov 15, 2000, 08:51:36

We error on the side of the most conservative reviews. If several (2-5) depending on the number of reviews. say that she doesn't offer a service, then we try to go with that. Time is also a factor.

Yes, time is a factor, which I really think that you should deemphasize numerical ratings.  Let them be no more than a personal rating system, and let people use the specific information fields to get details. One suggestion I will make concerning variable information (BBBJ for some people, but not others) -- allow for a field that describes how many times "yes", "no", and "didn't ask" was chosen.  It makes the forms longer, but it does give people an idea of variability.

Yes, this problem of unfair ratings is such a problem for this provider, and many others (we gab) that we are all thinking of asking to have our reviews pulled.  I take pride in bbbj being a standard part of my service, which is never rushed--an hour if they want it, yet I get ratings of five and six.  Frankly, I deserve 9s and 10s based on your clear ranking system.  Why should I go the extra effort if it is not reflected in my reviews?  Also, it's not fair to customers who are looking for an excellent time at an excellent price!  Signed Maggie/Carole
