Does anyone else have this problem? Several providers I know, (including me) have had websites that hijacked our information posted here on TER. First they steal our info. And then they post the links here on TER. CityHotties.com is one of them. FoxyLists.com and SugarNights.com are two more who do this! There are more. When we contact any of these websites directly, they ignore all emails and messages. A friend of mine recently tried to join the CityHotties.com website so she could at the very least remove the very OLD photos and OLD info that is posted there. She also sent them an email on June 14, 2024. No reply.
Just this week, this same provider politely asked TER to remove the CityHotties website link from her TER Profile Page. They responded to say she needs to sort that out with CityHotties! :/ Uhhmm... she cannot do that. She doesn't have an account with them. They STOLE her info offline to post it on their website. And now they are getting FREE exposure on TER to promote their websites. I certainly hope it is not true that TER refuses to remove the website links. Because it would mean that TER is supporting websites that steal provider's info. Unless TER is benefiting monetarily, this doesn't make any sense to me. Direct questions to TER Admin: 1. What benefit is it to you to allow the sites that hijack provider's info to promote themselves here on TER? 2. If a provider asks you to remove a website link from her profile, why will you not just simply remove it?"
I can't answer your very specific Qs, but ... 1. Watermark your photos. Watermarking is helpful but not actually necessary for the next step. 2. File DMCA Takedown Notices with the offending websites. You can file the DMCA on your own (there are DIY websites with instructions) or hire a lawyer to help with that. 3. Once the ads have been taken down, the links on TER will be "dead" and produce errors ("webpage not available" "407 error" "no such link" "not found" ...) and you can ask TER to remove the link from you Profile.

My question to TER Admin is this: If a provider reaches out to ask TER to remove a link from her profile, why not remove it? A provider I know recently reported to TER that old info of hers was hijacked and added to cityhotties.com without her permission. TER refuses to remove the link from her TER profile. This makes no sense to me. Whether a website link is dead or not, I would expect TER to remove it if a provider asks them to. Especially when the website has been reported to have stolen and/or old info.
City hotties is a scraper site that has stolen my info off of sites I choose to advertise on. I think it’s in TER’s best interest to remove these websites from our TER profiles. The info on the city hotties scraper page is 5 years old for me. I don’t want TER guys seeing outdated info on me if they click a link in my TER profile.
I submitted a ticket on my TER profile maybe a year ago, asking them to remove the scraper site from my TER page, so that only my website, my link page, and two ad sites that I willingly advertise on were left, and whichever moderator saw my ticket granted my request. But, the scraper site is back up there now.
