It seems the only way to get things on a profile changed is to have a reviewer submit the request.  I've gotten things changed with relative ease on providers that I've written reviews for (not sure if it works the same if you haven't reviewed the provider in question).  

It may be worth asking your clients if any of them have reviewed you, and asking them to put in the problem request on your behalf.  I've done it a couple of times for my ATF.
