It would be Really cool if when we write a post that it appears  on a "MY ADS POST ETC"  That would maybe be color coded with red  waiting approval, Green  good to go and live, and   Yellow Needs correction or in wrong place"  
This would also have the reason denied , a date and heading of area it was approved and went  live.  It would also give  a chance to edit accordingly and resubmit. Perhaps in the case of just wrong area would have reason as  a correction to submit to suggested area to  conform or fit. The amount of emails from TER Admin or support  for stuff written can get very confusing. I don't even know what ad they are referring to,  cant find it or correct it and if still waiting review because i added the same ad somewhere else on the site.  I may even be double posting by complete mistake.... I know this is not a perfect world, and may be too much to ask, perhaps even too much work for the editors,. Ii know i would submit a lot less stuff, and be less annoying to admin or the editing people. Many times being busy with other sites that we may visit  we  forget what ads were where and what ads we missed because they are nonexistent when in waiting approval status. It might help with over used and tired ads. With the option to delete or archive  or keep them would be awesome too.
