In provider search, sometimes I want to select more than one option (e.g. "youthful" OR "super-nice" breasts) - frankly I don't know who wouldn't, on this one Another one like that, "spits or sallows".

Given it's ambiguous which is better for some of the options, and moreover, may be a matter of personal preference, would you think enabling multi-select on searh instead of pul-down menus make sense?

Lastly, I'd like to be able to save some "favorite searches", eBay style - maybe even have the system alert me when new providers pop up whose review matches?
