There are not alot of places for Provider Friendly  
Photographers, Assistants, Marketing Consultants , Web Designers , Videograhpers  
Content Writers , Accountants, Private Health Care, Spa Services,  etc...
 to advertise and they are just as important to this industry  
And should have a forum under the ad boards  

They would have the same guidelines aka posting 1 every 7 days

I don't understand why people want to turn a review site into something other then what it was intended for.  

There will be the problems of "bartering" which will further degrade the review system and cause disputes. In addition, this is not an advertising site.  

Not only that, how many legitimate businesses would want to post ads here? The fallout from their mainstream customer base could suffer.

There are several Legitimate provider friendly services who's mainstream clientele would not be affected.  
Henceforth why they are referred to as "Provider Friendly Services"  

It could act as an income generator for TER and anyone wishing to post on that particular board would have to have VIP status.. the investment for the purpose of advertising would certainly show a  level of accountability

This is an escort advertising site.. not just a review board.  
Both Clients and Providers actively participate on this board.

This is afterall the  suggestion and idea forum and it was thrown out there ,,
